Postdoctoral Research Position

Ultrafast Spectroscopy and Device Physics Lab (USDP Lab)  invite applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher position in the Ultrafast Spectroscopy and Device Physics Lab (USDP Lab). Our research focuses on uncovering photophysical mechanisms in advanced materials, with a strong emphasis on organic solar cells and their performance optimization.
Essential Qualification (Strict Requirement)
PhD in Organic Solar Cells or a closely related field (this is a mandatory requirement)

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must also meet the following:
• Within three years of completing their PhD
• Below 35 years of age
• Proven track record of high-quality research publications
• Strong experimental and/or spectroscopic experience in the photophysics of organic solar cells

Position Details
• Contract duration: 2 years with yearly review
• Compensation: Minimum 300,000 RMB per year (including subsidies; partially tax-free)
• Monthly housing allowance and social security provided
